I had Francine help me with my loan and she was wonderful, very professional, knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to work with Delta Union. They are the best .
There out dated, they don't upgrade anything, still have to wait 4 days to get your check in after pending, no tap cards, only slide, I've had them all my life, but about to switch banks
SLOWWW and inefficient Doing a loan is a miserable experence - in branch staff doesn't know the basics, the loan officers are offsite & only communicate with onsite team via email so it's SLOWWWW Loan officer wont speak to borrower on phone so everything is translated through a middleman Yes all this is even if you're a longtime member Limited hours (430pm) magnify the poor experience
