Last week I went with my mother, to the crosstown location and we had the good fortune of being assisted by Terri Warner. Terri was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable in assisting us in making decisions and planning. She was patient in explaining Mom’s options and considerate in taking the time to answer and explain our questions.
Great customer service! Employees were awesome and were willing to go above and beyond to help me with a loan problem even after normal open hours! Great bank and great branch!

35+ year member of the DCCU. Tried to reach the Crosstown Rd. branch before they closed on Saturday at noon. Got there right at noon so just went to the atm right next to the door. Discovered the atm was inoperable. Just then, at 12:02 one of the branch supervisors was unlocking the door to let a customer exit. I advised that the atm was inoperative, and she replied that it had been inop all day.
