Last week I went with my mother, to the crosstown location and we had the good fortune of being assisted by Terri Warner. Terri was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable in assisting us in making decisions and planning. She was patient in explaining Mom’s options and considerate in taking the time to answer and explain our questions.
Great customer service! Employees were awesome and were willing to go above and beyond to help me with a loan problem even after normal open hours! Great bank and great branch!
