Brittany Major in the last week Last night I went to the ATM to make a cash deposit and the ATM shut down in the middle of the transaction. It kept my money and the light turned red and it didn't do anything else. So I called customer service who had no solution and then I went to the bank as soon as they opened and was told it may take up to 5 days to have a tech come out and fix the ATM.
