These people in charge of running this place are very crooked when they change policies. In 2018, I opened a savings account so I could get a new car loan. I was told that I have to keep a minimum of $25.00 in the savings account to avoid a service charge. I paid off my car loan in 2019 but left the $25.00 in my savings account so I would remain a member and one day get another car loan. Please update your business hours. We drove FORTY MINUTES on Saturday just to walk up to the door and see CLOSED on Saturday’s now, but it says open on google.
This is the WORST credit union or financial institution that I have ever interacted with. Their internal systems must be extremely old because everytime you call and speak to someone they can't do anything in your account and have to have someone call you back. The app and website are HORRIBLE and you can't find anything that you're looking for. I will never ever use this place again.
I wanted to Share my Awesome Experience about a Real Angel at Location in Douglasville, Mrs. Diane Mccravy Help me Stay Calm after Someone Clean-Out 4 Accounts in my Bank Account that left me Devastated in Tears @ Fear? Who Could do this ? She said ok , we got this, within 2days and 24th ours all my Money was Returned to my Accounts! Start Over was hard but Necessary… This was a Criminal Offense! I’m Taking Steps towards recovery, Thanks Mrs. Mccray for all the Hard Work and Dedication … Greatful
