The worst system of so-called security precautions when it takes an hour and a half to be able to do a member to member transfer of less than $500. Customer service people are powerless to assist or ill informed and make you wait while they try to get supervisory help.
These people in charge of running this place are very crooked when they change policies. In 2018, I opened a savings account so I could get a new car loan. I was told that I have to keep a minimum of $25.00 in the savings account to avoid a service charge. I paid off my car loan in 2019 but left the $25.00 in my savings account so I would remain a member and one day get another car loan. Please update your business hours. We drove FORTY MINUTES on Saturday just to walk up to the door and see CLOSED on Saturday’s now, but it says open on google.
This is the WORST credit union or financial institution that I have ever interacted with. Their internal systems must be extremely old because everytime you call and speak to someone they can't do anything in your account and have to have someone call you back. The app and website are HORRIBLE and you can't find anything that you're looking for. I will never ever use this place again.
