I never have any issues here at the Grapevine location. Good customer service.
Nice neighborhood feel bank. But unfortunately, while very friendly and trying to be helpful, not all the tellers have the same level of expertise which can cause issues. Thankful I was helped by the manager who reiterated I was correct and that what I was requesting be done (and was told it couldn't be done) could I'm fact be done. Imagine if he wasn't there. Grateful for a kindly, warm and welcoming counter staff - thank you all.
The worst system of so-called security precautions when it takes an hour and a half to be able to do a member to member transfer of less than $500. Customer service people are powerless to assist or ill informed and make you wait while they try to get supervisory help.
These people in charge of running this place are very crooked when they change policies. In 2018, I opened a savings account so I could get a new car loan. I was told that I have to keep a minimum of $25.00 in the savings account to avoid a service charge. I paid off my car loan in 2019 but left the $25.00 in my savings account so I would remain a member and one day get another car loan.
