Been a Delta Employees Credit Union member since 2000 and in 26 years, my Visa credit card limit went from $3000 (when account first opened) to now $5800. When often asked or inquired why I have never been offered more Credit limit increases due to always being asked to update my income which was by the way exceeding $80k. When I asked, they automatically want to do a hard inquiry on my credit score & still wouldn't guarantee I would get the increase. Nice neighborhood feel bank. But unfortunately, while very friendly and trying to be helpful, not all the tellers have the same level of expertise which can cause issues. Thankful I was helped by the manager who reiterated I was correct and that what I was requesting be done (and was told it couldn't be done) could I'm fact be done. Imagine if he wasn't there. Grateful for a kindly, warm and welcoming counter staff - thank you all.
