Carrier lost and caused damage to our load of steel in transit to the amount of nearly $16000 in damage. Per contract, carrier is responsible to pay Canal for damages after 30 days, and is now 10 months over due for payment of $3700 left outstanding. Carrier does not return calls, emails, and has made no effort to pay their balance. Everytime we make contact, we are told we will receive a call back, but carrier fails to keep their word.
