Horrible people at Delta airport
Absolutely horrible customer service. Our Australian Shepherd fit in a X large kennel just fine 2 months ago and was able to be shipped after Hurricane Michael to a safe location while the military was figuring out what to do with my husband and I. Today, Delta would no longer allow my dog to be shipped in an X large kennel but instead needed to be in a Giant kennel which is way more expensive and makes us drive 4 hours both directions to pick her up at a different airport than the one by our house.
