Bad Experience
I did my best to (unintentionally) cause these poor folks a major headache with my shipment of things that I mega pre-wrapped in protective plastic. Despite having to cut through and open it all to inspect it and then put it all back together, they were so patient and helpful. All on a hot day too! Terrible shipping experience. They opened every box and pulled everything out that was carefully wrapped and packed. Then they just shoved it all back in the box with no care at all. Never knew I could feel more violated than going through TSA.
