Horrible. Did not send updating closing information in a timely manner. Also never notified Pittsburgh water so I wound up dealing with an overdue bill from the last tenant and having to contact them myself to deal with the issue. I would never use them again.

Delta ACS was the closing title and closing company for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. I couldn't be happier with how they handled both closings and they were a pleasure to deal with. No issues on their end with either transaction! Would highly recommend as a closing company.

Robin and the whole team were great. During my initial inquiry call she gave me a lot of information that other closing companies weren't filling me in on. They were very professional and handled the closing perfectly helping us close in a timely manner even during the covid pandemic. Steve made signing day a breeze.
