Not happy getting flight cancelled redirected to another city and add 4 hour lay over Gave us a $12 food coupon for $1,300 screw up flights I hate flying now Do better Delta….👎👎👎👎👎

My bag was mistakenly taken by another airline that was using our carousel upon return to St. Louis Lambert Airport. The customer service agent, Michele With above and beyond expectations to keep me calm, and to ensure she is going to do everything possible to find my bag. She went through a standard protocol, checking that it was on the flight from Detroit back to St. Louis and then on the transportation over the carousel five She kept looking everywhere for it We could not find it but that didn’t stop her kindness ... read more

Keidra at the check-in counter was phenomenal. She did us a favor to help sort out our bags, called the wheelchair service, and very was patient the entire time. The other agent, Jacklyn, personally pushed my dad to the gate because of the long wait for wheelchair. This is a great team and much better experience this time compared to when we went through this same counter in February 2024.

My only thing is they ask you if possible to check your bags because they don't have enough space for bags. Then you you land you have to wait until all people with bags to get off plane. If you don't have bags let us go first!!! Delta now we have to wait in baggage claim!!!! When we land people with no bags need to exit first. Check my bags and still waited 20 minutes to exit......

I paid over 500 for a round trip from St. Louis to MSP. I was on the parking shuttle when the first message came for 75 minutes late. Another came for 45 minutes late. I just got another for 88 additional minutes. I paid the amount for the time a flight was in my schedule. So Delta sold me a product they cant produce?
