They made us miss our flight from Dallas TX to St. Louis because they overbooked the flight. We will never fly American Airlines again
I had no problems on my International flight with Delta. The aircraft staff were pleasant and attentive, but what really concerned me is how exhaausted they all looked. I was appreciative that they showed up for work and kept us economy travelers happy and as comfortable as we could be on a long flight while crammed like sardines in a tin😂. I'd love to know what the first class experience is like....maybe someday.
Always a great ride to and from Europe. We had great flight attendants as usual this trip.
Very easy drop off outside for departing passengers. I didn't take a Delta flight, but I dropped off family that was.
