My only thing is they ask you if possible to check your bags because they don't have enough space for bags. Then you you land you have to wait until all people with bags to get off plane. If you don't have bags let us go first!!! Delta now we have to wait in baggage claim!!!! When we land people with no bags need to exit first. Check my bags and still waited 20 minutes to exit......
Love this airline. Always on time and friendly service.
The best out of the airlines forsure. Better than Spirit, United and Fromtier combined. Just be careful for overcharging for bags!!
This was my favorite airline I have traveled on in the last 5 years. The internet and movies in your seat back exceptional.
Keidra at the check-in counter was phenomenal. She did us a favor to help sort out our bags, called the wheelchair service, and very was patient the entire time. The other agent, Jacklyn, personally pushed my dad to the gate because of the long wait for wheelchair. This is a great team and much better experience this time compared to when we went through this same counter in February 2024.
