Get directionsKeidra at the check-in counter was phenomenal. She did us a favor to help sort out our bags, called the wheelchair service, and very was patient the entire time. The other agent, Jacklyn, personally pushed my dad to the gate because of the long wait for wheelchair. This is a great team and much better experience this time compared to when we went through this same counter in February 2024.
There are a few things more frustrating than having a flight moved up four hours. You’re connecting flight push back two hours. Missing your connection getting home the next day being moved down from first class to main cabin and getting nothing for reimbursement or compensation. This is happened multiple times this year Delta has truly disappointed more than it has delivered

My only thing is they ask you if possible to check your bags because they don't have enough space for bags. Then you you land you have to wait until all people with bags to get off plane. If you don't have bags let us go first!!! Delta now we have to wait in baggage claim!!!! When we land people with no bags need to exit first. Check my bags and still waited 20 minutes to exit......
I paid over 500 for a round trip from St. Louis to MSP. I was on the parking shuttle when the first message came for 75 minutes late. Another came for 45 minutes late. I just got another for 88 additional minutes. I paid the amount for the time a flight was in my schedule. So Delta sold me a product they cant produce?
