Usually I am not rating Delta,but rating for this trip is my “favourite” trip, they lost car seat. Flight Attendant is rood and disrespectful. I have been flying with Delta last 20 years, but no more!!! I wish to rate negative 5 stars.
No way to speak directly to anyone in Kona. Reservation's consolidator was abrupt and hung up on me twice. He seems to lack people skills and courteousness.
