They cancelled our flight without any warnings. And left us to find the flight home. The worst.
It's funny how there are only 22 reviews and they're almost all negative... My flight was awesome. No problems with my flight. Delta is an excellent airline and I only fly with Delta. When I make long distance flights I give myself at least 3hr layover because "shìt happens". It happens a lot less with my flights, on Delta, than it does with the flights my friends take on other airlines. As a sky miles member. I was unsure what line to get into. And wasn’t sure if I was a member or not. The gal who called us up, and we were unsure yelled for us to get into the other line… no one was in either line. While we walked around the ropes to check our bags- she was blandly talking bad about us to her coworker- we were right there. Front of the line, again. lol I asked her a question, as a new member of delta and she misinformed me, as I had to find out on the delta website. Shout out to Becca at the check in counter. She was helpful and courteous. The check in kiosks were a nightmare. The stars off were for NATALIE. I don’t think she could have possibly been less helpful and more rude. Clearly she hates her job and people. I think she should transfer perhaps to luggage in the back with no human interaction.
