No way to speak directly to anyone in Kona. Reservation's consolidator was abrupt and hung up on me twice. He seems to lack people skills and courteousness.

One of the worst executions of delta airlines. I am a medallion member and the baggage check was incredibly slow and non well run. Boarding times are always late and the signs are super confusing, and the terminals are worse than some third world countries. Downside you get rained on while you wait for the flight. Our plane left an hour late due to the all of the incoming crew not showing up for the flight. What in the hallelujah Delta??? Help this Kona location out with functioning technology. We waited in line 2 hours to check bags. Our only saving grace is we saw Silver members could go through priority so we made it through before others catching an earlier flight they likely missed. All the kiosks were covered up and just two agents were checking in hundreds of passengers, one agent on a phone the entire time she worked.
