Absolute worst
2.4 stars. I certainly understand why. Delta Airlines, this horrible excuse for air travel, couldn't care less how they affect not just your traveling day, but the day afterwards. Maybe your CEO should take some time off cozying up to the president to fix his absolute cluster clown show of an operation he has in Buffalo and Atlanta. The front desk agent at baggage claim doesn’t understand anything. She was very clueless. Our bags are still missing.
Anthony has to be one of the biggest jokes for a manager. Our bags missed our flight due to their mistake, we came back to the airport to get them from the next flight and were in the airport within 9 minutes of that flight landing. In that time they had managed to lock up one of our bags, and yet not a few others on the carousel, and I had to go track down someone to unlock the office. When we asked why one was not locked up but the other was we were told it was because they care about making sure no one takes them? Which i... read more
