Anthony has to be one of the biggest jokes for a manager. Our bags missed our flight due to their mistake, we came back to the airport to get them from the next flight and were in the airport within 9 minutes of that flight landing. In that time they had managed to lock up one of our bags, and yet not a few others on the carousel, and I had to go track down someone to unlock the office. Three of my friends and I flew out of Buffalo,NY and Delta overbooked the flight, held everyone up for over an hour trying to get people to take a later flight for a nice payment. Finally got about 15 people to do so then let everyone else board. Because of the delay we missed our connecting flight in Georgia, was put on stand by for another flight 3 hours later.
