Love Delta
Three of my friends and I flew out of Buffalo,NY and Delta overbooked the flight, held everyone up for over an hour trying to get people to take a later flight for a nice payment. Finally got about 15 people to do so then let everyone else board. Because of the delay we missed our connecting flight in Georgia, was put on stand by for another flight 3 hours later. If I can put no star I will do it. This is the first time plane breaks down with passengers on board, the Delta Airlines. at same time they lost your bag
Great airlines
my flight got cancelled and they handled it perfectly. Usually they would just leave you stranded but we were provided with a hotel and a new flight the next day
