Worst airline
This isn't a Delta review...there are no 3-star airlines in the US much less 5-star... but Anthony and Alex did an excellent job getting us rerouted with minimal hassle after a frustrating morning dealing with Delta through the app. The flights themselves were typical, no muss no fuss. Again, Anthony and Alex at Delta Buffalo-Niagara, FIVE STARS. Delta itself not so much.
3th time flying in delta as always I regret my choice !! First time in the morning the person behind the counter star the morning without courtesy and totally disrespectful with the travelers I don’t know his name but this is Buffalo Niagara Terminal at 3:30 in the morning he’s a male . Check your videos !! Just in case we costumers support your company economy! Talk to people with more courtesy and manners we are not in prek
