my flight got cancelled and they handled it perfectly. Usually they would just leave you stranded but we were provided with a hotel and a new flight the next day
They are cheating people with change departure time. I hope they are selling extra tickets. And They change departure time. But they fly in time. It is for avoiding to over sold. We are 7 people staying at airport. 3 kids/ infant. They don’t care about staying at hotel.
Fly with anyone else. Understaffed and they clearly do not care about their customers.
