Terrible organization
I don’t get it. My wife and I booked the flight together, but during seating assignments Delta would not sit us together unless we pay extra. Man all this nickel and dime game.
Wheel chair assistance staff for DELTA airlines, surpassed all our expectation, the members who assisted my elder mother was very kind, attentive and wonderful with her. It was like having a family member caring for my mother. Staff member name Mr. Rodriguez was amazing, provided exceptional service, and warmed our heart with his kindness. Thank you Mr. Rodriguez, you have no idea the impact you had.
The worst experience with the manager at the ticketing counter, cannot believe the airport hires people that can’t even read names correctly. Managed to give us someone else’s tickets then used the excuse of everyone makes mistakes and made us wait there with no apology after.
Absolute worst
