Friendly staff quick flight
They forgot to check to see if the airplane could fly and missed our connection flight. Now we're stuck in the airport for 12 hours. I would avoid this airline at all costs unless you don't mind getting on shady planes. Okay
Avoid flying delta if you can. I’ve been flying united for years and for some horrible reason my husband booked us a flight on delta. Got to the airport on time. It was the first flight of the day and 1 of the overhead bins wouldn’t close. It took them 1 1/2 hours to literally duct tape it shut which resulted in us missing a connecting flight. Would give ZERO stars if I could.
Every time the airline gets worse. Now they say they will assign a seat when I check in. But they don’t. And they make sure it is one of the worst seats. They hate us. We hate them. When I can I fly on foreign airlines which actually seem to want business
