They suck and lost our bags. Random lady from delta tells us to give the bags to her and then proceeds to lose them. Tells us they’ll turn up. THEY DONT.
I am gluten-free and forgot to request an international meal in advance. The hostesses went above and beyond, giving me such kind and special treatment! Thank you so much!
Absolutely horrible service. We were delayed 2+ hrs and they wouldn’t do anything. Not even giving our money back for our flight so we could book another. Horrible company
Best airline. Flew to BZN the flight attendants are amazing. Plane was so clean and it was a smooth flight and landingings.
