How can they be so slow? Too many people sitting around doing nothing, that's why.
Wanted to give a shout out to Delta. We had a delayed flight that ended up being cancelled. The reason was mechanical. While that was out of their control, how Delta handled it was spectacular. We had 6 people with us. Delta covered food, hotels and transferred us to the next best flight seamlessly. Thank you for taking care of us.
5-Star Delta Experience from NYC to Salt Lake City I recently flew with Delta Air Lines from New York City to Salt Lake City, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From check-in to landing, everything was smooth, professional, and comfortable. This picture is from Salt Lake City airport AWESOME!!!!!
