The end of April Delta denied my pet on the flight. This was Delta's mistake. I wrote some emails to customer care & didn't get the response and reimbursement I requested. Then I emailed Eric, customer CEO. Within a few days I got a phone call from Delta awarding the reimbursement.I Thank Delta for their fairness and will continue to fly with them now.

The employees at Delta are very understanding and accommodating individuals. Across three different airports all desk attendants were most gracious in their assistance. Delta Airlines however, has terrible policies. Landing in Austin TX on the 26th, our pilot came over the intercom and told us they gave away our landing bay to a different flight. We sat on the tarmac for over an hour (meaning they gave our bay away multiple times) forcing myself and 8 others to miss our connections. None of us were compensated in any manner.... read more

The pregnant lady at Delta who is a supervisor was very helpful and nice made my experience very smooth i forgot her name and the bag check in staff was super nice i was truly surprised great start to my trip THANKS DELTA

6/13/2025 Edit: I have to fly Delta quite a bit. This time the flight attendant on flight 2205 from Nashville to SLC wanted to make sure I understood she’s the “police of the sky” 30 seconds into getting onto the airplane. I was in 1st class, not that that should matter but it means we were about 1 minute into boarding. Totally rude and it seriously felt like she was more worried about pushing her morals (SLC is highly Mormon) onto the rest of the flight.
