Horrible company. They broke our car seat, and then when we pointed it out to them immediately, the employee tried to play it off, and even after complaining again and again for reimbursement for the damage, we have been given the run around through a maze of automated workflows that always end in denial. On the same flight, we were stuck on the tarmac for 2 hours with very little air. Delta did nothing for that either beyond bringing around 4 oz. water bottles. Thanks Delta!!! Just wrapped up another great trip ✈️ — flew from North Carolina to Cincinnati (KY connection) and back home to Salt Lake City, Utah… my home state that I love ❤️ I’ve got to say, I’ve always loved flying with Delta.
