Unprofessional, disorganized
Have been flying Delta for years. I won't ever change airlines! In 15 years they have never lost my bag and was always an early arrival. You can fly the best or go to the rest and play dice.

Most TERRIBLE experience. Delayed departure and then lied about it. Could care less about you unless you’re a Sky Club member. And they don’t care if you have young children either. Never using Delta again.
