Anna and Sasha were absolutely amazing and made my day! Its my birthday and I will be missing the super bowl. They were very kind, helped me with getting a better seat and left me with a smile! Delta is the BEST!!!!
Sasha went above and beyond to find my misplaced headphone charger that I left on the plane. He was patient and compassionate with me, he communicated superbly, and he followed up with me after 7:00 pm. He made a bad day turn into a very good one. Thank you! We love flying with Delta!

I am completely stunned and impressed at the level of care, attention to my situation and instant solution, which I just had the luck and pleasure of witnessing; after missing my 2:34 flight by 3 minutes, I thought for sure I’d be taking the train or arriving in NYC at some point tomorrow, knowing how few flights there are out of PWM. Sasha is awesome - super friendly and super helpful- he went and found extra fragile stickers for my checkin box put it on and then carted it to bag drop himself. Thank you so much great guy
