Anna and Sasha were absolutely amazing and made my day! Its my birthday and I will be missing the super bowl. They were very kind, helped me with getting a better seat and left me with a smile! Delta is the BEST!!!!

I am completely stunned and impressed at the level of care, attention to my situation and instant solution, which I just had the luck and pleasure of witnessing; after missing my 2:34 flight by 3 minutes, I thought for sure I’d be taking the train or arriving in NYC at some point tomorrow, knowing how few flights there are out of PWM. I am traveling from Boston to London. And I was very anxious about my flight and scheduling and what not. When I boarded on to the delta flight at the gate waiting to get my ticket and then wait for the flight was kindly greeted by two delta employees. John M. and Elsa Rocha. I spoke to a delta airlines customer service rep over the phone ! I am not sure what department or city! The best customer service from any airline ever! He helped me, My Mom and My Brother , we were on a 3 way call! His name was Charles! The most patient and focused delta representative ever !! He was compassionate, empathetic , helpful.
