Most of the crew was very courteous except one stewardess who was very condescending to my wife and our new baby when we asked her to check for something we left on the plane.
Probably the worst, least helpful AI I’ve ever spoken to over the phone. I have no accent and it couldn’t understand me saying “yes” with zero background noise. It would cut me off mid confirmation number and would then take me out of the menu I fought tooth and nail to get to. Absolutely impossible to get a real person on the phone and zero progress was made over a 6 minute phone call. I’m very comfortable using AI receptionist but this one is simply unworkable.
Informative, plenty of advance notice, easy to handle and deal with. Work recommend A+
Flew to San Diego for a family function. Shouldn’t have to pay for a suitcase, but they do charge you. It cost me $150 each way for my little 10 pound dog, as a carry on.
