I am on Delta Flight DL1744 today from BOI to SLC. The worst thing while traveling with a pet happened — my carrier zipper broke. I tried for 20 minutes to get it back together. I went up to the gate agents a little stressed and within a matter of 10 minutes, they called the front, found me another carrier, and had me on my way. THANK YOU is just the beginning of how I feel. Best Customer Service Experience Ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special shout out to Phil, he is the most friendly and efficient in handling our lugage damage issue, we have been using Delta to fly from ABQ to Boise, and our bagage is not handled properly, my new samsonite lugage was broken at the handle side and the rubber near the ziper side was thorn. I was abit upset, because I have only use this lugage for twice. But Phil make it up to us, and his service is above and beyond! Kudos Phil, you are the best! Thank you very much. 😃🤜🤛
