I am on Delta Flight DL1744 today from BOI to SLC. The worst thing while traveling with a pet happened — my carrier zipper broke. I tried for 20 minutes to get it back together. I went up to the gate agents a little stressed and within a matter of 10 minutes, they called the front, found me another carrier, and had me on my way. THANK YOU is just the beginning of how I feel.
