Flew to San Diego for a family function. Shouldn’t have to pay for a suitcase, but they do charge you. It cost me $150 each way for my little 10 pound dog, as a carry on.
Don't pay for seat selection, they will move you wherever they like and not issue a refund.
Not very happy when I get to the airport and Delta‘s baggage drop off is closed and won’t be open for an hour and a half. I was hoping to get something to eat before I got on my flight but that ain’t gonna happen now because they decided to take a break.
Brought my mother to the airport today for a 1:40 p.m. flight to Columbus Ohio we got up to the desk to get her see assignment and the woman that was there helping clearly in charge of the other Delta employees first harassed my mother about her service dog, saying that she wasn't DOT registered which we had no idea she had to be.
