Best Customer Service Experience Ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special shout out to Phil, he is the most friendly and efficient in handling our lugage damage issue, we have been using Delta to fly from ABQ to Boise, and our bagage is not handled properly, my new samsonite lugage was broken at the handle side and the rubber near the ziper side was thorn. I was abit upset, because I have only use this lugage for twice. But Phil make it up to us, and his service is above and beyond! Kudos Phil, you are the best! Thank you very much. 😃🤜🤛
