I feel terrible for not catching their names but I had just boarded and taken my seat on my departing flight when I received a notification that my connecting flight had been cancelled! I figured I’d just deal with it when I landed. The gate attendant then boarded our flight to come and get me off the flight to get me rescheduled so I wouldn’t be stuck at my connecting location! Ok the pro's, staff was awesome, nice and very professional and a couple of them quite funny regardless of what state I was in. Made flying bareable. The second flight I took from Denver to Kansas City was nice. I was able to sit like a regular person and actually enjoy the flight and look out the window. The con. Whoever decided to add more seats to a plane where the windows don't match with the seat and make seating so tight that I have to practically sit in the aisle should be fired immediately!
