This is a shout out to Andrei at Delta Customer Service, wherever he maybe. The patients that was exhibited was amazing. After many texts back and forth, my issue was resolved. I was impressed with the diligence and patience, Andrei used.
PATHETIC customer service from Delta employees. Every desk and counter is understaffed with people who DO NOT CARE about helping anyone. Miserable overworked underpaid employees don’t make for a great flying experience. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SO THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS
