PATHETIC customer service from Delta employees. Every desk and counter is understaffed with people who DO NOT CARE about helping anyone. Miserable overworked underpaid employees don’t make for a great flying experience. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SO THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS

Just thought I would write a review on the first class meal options offered by Delta. I have done lots of food reviews, so hears my take on Delta. Overall I'm giving it 3 stars but please note that most airline meals are much worse. I applaud Delta for serving food on an airplane that is very similar to a local diner. I did not enjoy everything but the main course meals were decent, like crepes and chicken salad.
