Before this flight, I never had a bad thing to say about Delta. After this flight, I will no longer be flying with Delta. We were waiting for flight # 978 out of Detroit to Buffalo New York on March 13th 2026 at 9:45 pm. It is now 11:30 pm and we are now sitting on the tarmak with our dog in a bag under the seat. We are literally waiting for a crew to put our luggage on the plane. We have been on the plane for 45 minutes. This is the most expensive BS I have ever paid for. Terrible customer service. I have spent over an hour with customer service trying to resolve a baggage fee issue. The only thing that has changed is that an hour has gone by.

My flight was smooth and successful. I have my own television and they always offer you beverages snacks on your trip never had a complaint but I would recommend ear bugs at your expense because you're my experience altitude ear pressure for some people.... Nevertheless wonderful flight

I booked a refundable flight in April 2025 for a flight in February of 2026. When I decided to cancel the flight, the credit card number they had on file was NOT my credit card that I used for the flight. I sent them my bank statement proving that it's the wrong credit card they did nothing. I called and messaged many different people, spending several hours with them and they did absolutely nothing! Terrible customer service for anyone, especially a skymiles member for over 30 years!
