Ive given this airline chance after chance and I always say 'maybe they won't lose my stuff this time'....but they do. They always lose our luggage. This time it was brutal. They lost our baby's car seat before we made it to the PNW, they 'barrowed' us the worst and most unsafe seat and told us they would be delivering our seat to Portland from Seattle..never arrived..called, they said they were going to deliver to our second location we were staying...nope. I had the worst experience with bags that were left in Atlanta. We stood at the carousel waiting for an hour until another passenger mentioned her air tag was showing her luggage still in Atlanta. To make matters worse my luggage arrived at XNA and we were promised a driver would deliver our luggage to our home. That was hours ago. No one answers the phone and customer support is a joke.
Never trust Delta to get you there on time. Can’t handle the usual one carry on and one personal item for their passengers. Incompetent scheduling and resource allocation, no respect for their customers, and do nothing to improve. Look elsewhere as other airlines at least try.
