This is the worst cargo station on the PLANET. They have no regard for peoples live animal or perishable shipments. No urgency, no priority, nothing! DO NOT USE THIS STATION FOR PERISHABLES!!! Everyone there should be FIRED! They are terrible and do not do there jobs correctly. My shipment was booked on a flight and dropped off within reasonable time to make the booked flight and the workers at the station didn't do their job and assign it to a flight! They have horrible to non existent customer service. They have lost my shipment a week and a half ago, they promised they would look over the CCTV to see what happened to it, they haven’t done it, and are completely unresponsive. Mr. John Kahn a manager promised to help, didn’t help, and after reaching out to follow up told me not to message him again. Now Mr. Kahn threatened me to throw out my goods

Great service experience early morning 4 AM when they open staff name Regina and supervisor MR JOHN khan. Not only one day I sae them almost everyday how they serve the customer. Other airline must learn from them

I'm a truck driver, and I brought a load here from Chicago. They told me I have to stand inside by the door while the cargo is being unloaded. This is the first time in my life I've encountered something like this. I don't have to stand inside; I've already been driving for 13 hours, why should I wait? And I'm not happy about this situation at all. 😡 And this is my last visit here.

It is incredible to wait for approximately 3 hours to receive our cargo, and when they finally serve us, it turns out that they serve another person who arrived only 15 minutes before, why? for the simple reason that he received a $50 dollar to skip us. What a disappointment to know that in order to be well attended you have to pay the drivers who, logically, already receive a payment for doing their job WELL.
