I'm a truck driver, and I brought a load here from Chicago. They told me I have to stand inside by the door while the cargo is being unloaded. This is the first time in my life I've encountered something like this. I don't have to stand inside; I've already been driving for 13 hours, why should I wait? And I'm not happy about this situation at all. 😡 And this is my last visit here.

To the managers of delta, where hundreds of people come and go every day and you do your job while working; In such an organization, not even 1 toilet has been built for people to use. Let's say it is old etc. It should not be so difficult to put a portable toilet. Great service experience early morning 4 AM when they open staff name Regina and supervisor MR JOHN khan. Not only one day I sae them almost everyday how they serve the customer. Other airline must learn from them

It took them 4 hours get my stuff. Very uncoordinated set of people. The warehouse heating system was off in a 14 degree F weather.

It is incredible to wait for approximately 3 hours to receive our cargo, and when they finally serve us, it turns out that they serve another person who arrived only 15 minutes before, why? for the simple reason that he received a $50 dollar to skip us. What a disappointment to know that in order to be well attended you have to pay the drivers who, logically, already receive a payment for doing their job WELL.
