Very disappointing. First class was no different than coach on a budget airline. Through a blaring speaker, above our heads, we were reminded several times to keep our areas clean and make sure we gave the stewardesses every shred of trash. Why are they incessantly disturbing passengers - don't they have a cleaning crew? We flew cross-country, stopping in Minneapolis around 8pm. All shops and restaurants were closed or closing.
