Paid extra for NON-STOP flights and was told just hours before the flight that we're now on a flight that stops in Atlanta.. Didn't get reimbursed or the price adjusted! Then while on the plane we were seated in the back and immediately felt sick from the overpowering stench of urine/porta potty. Worst experience ever and I'll never book a flight with this airline again!
Last airline to staff their desks. They began assisting customers 32 min before boarding with a line that stretched out if the ticketing area into the atrium.
Delta Canceled a flight from Charleston to JFK at the last minute and rebooked us on the same flight two days later. Unacceptable and inconvenient because we had a shuttles and accommodations starting in Geneva for the next eight days.
Flew on Vigan Atlantic great staff and smooth flew.
