Kudos to the excellent and exemplary customer services provided by the following front counter employees when I and other passengers checked in for my/our flight from Taipei to Seattle, WA (USA) on February 15, 2026: Mr. Lin, Mr. Sean, and Ms. Cotty. These three (3) employees did an outstanding job in assisting all passengers checking in for our flight! These are the kind of customer service that should be emulated by all airlines' employees! Tai Xie Xie!!! And this is my honest and unbiased review!
You cannot change your flight itinerary without paying huge fees even with a family emergency. We will be flying Southwest or American airlines from now on.
