This was the worst experience I have ever had with Delta and I have been flying with them for a while. Could be just the FLL culture but it was horrible to say the least. Getting to check in, long waits and guarded entry to the service desk was something I have never experienced. People were unfriendly and I am not used to this type of service from Delta. I pray the flight is good because getting checked in wasn't. In addition, I watched the delta attendant just let a customer fall and didn't even flinch to assist them up. N... read more
