Delta broke off the zipper on my suitcase on 1/26. I brought it to the baggage claim area telling the agent my bag no longer closes well. It is an outer zipper and therefore affects the bag being able to close. The agent refused to look at the bag and claimed Delta doesn’t cover that. I told her “what if items are missing or my bag no longer closes properly?” She refused to submit a claim or look at my bag and dismissed me again saying that Delta doesn’t cover that. Always a great speedy experience
I seldom leave bad reviews but Delta Baggage at BNA have earned it. I previously had my luggage delayed by THREE HOURS, and believing it was a fluke I didn't leave a review. Well here I am again, delayed for over an hour with no end in sight while recovering from food poisoning. Thanks for being that ✨special✨ welcome back to the US Delta. I'll do my best to avoid you at all cost next time I come through BNA.
