This is my very first time ever experiencing this terrible rude customer service. I never want to ride delta again. I came on the plane and a flight attendant named Julio on flight 0880 to Atlanta on dec 1 2025 at 6:27 treated me unkind. I don’t know if this is because I was a black female or what but I hated this experience. I came with 3 bags and Julio wouldn’t even allow me to look at the cases to put my bag up. Why do you have 4 people helping 1st class and only 2 helping the majority of the people. There was 3 people waiting in 1st class line and 50 people in regular.
Asked for a manager, was threatened and then was hung up on.
This plane is NASTY! The exit row door looks like it’s falling apart and there are nats all over the place… glad I’m an AMEX Delta card holder…
