I’m never flying delta again! Too many glitches online, couldn’t check in ahead of time, had to wait in lines, missed flight , waited four hours, next flight delayed. Missed work , not happy ! Have pets home I need to get to. No type of help from delta in this airport. Never again!
This is my very first time ever experiencing this terrible rude customer service. I never want to ride delta again. I came on the plane and a flight attendant named Julio on flight 0880 to Atlanta on dec 1 2025 at 6:27 treated me unkind. I don’t know if this is because I was a black female or what but I hated this experience. I came with 3 bags and Julio wouldn’t even allow me to look at the cases to put my bag up. Why do you have 4 people helping 1st class and only 2 helping the majority of the people. There was 3 people waiting in 1st class line and 50 people in regular.
