I showed up to the airport 3 hours early because I am flying internally and that was the recommendation. I cannot drop off my checked luggage, as there is no one on staff at the counter. There is a line of people waiting to drop bags but no one will help us. There appears to only be 1 flight today. It says ticket counter opens at 0400 which makes zero sense. 4 am tomorrow? I am unlikely to choose this airline again

I wish I could say more positive things about Delta Airlines. I don't like to post negative reviews. Like the majority of larger companies, it's become near impossible to seek assistance when it comes to speaking to a live person for a specific issue. I left my phone on the plane I was on. I completed the online form as per their policy as soon as I realized I had left it behind. This was in San Diego. I was able to trace it to the International Minnesota Airport.
