Terrible customer service.
I missed my noon flight because Delta apparently doesn't give boarding passes ahead of time. That meant that I had to wait (far too long) while an old man at the check in area struggled to check me in with the computer, then call up the gate to tell them to give me a boarding pass directly, only for them to say it was too close to boarding time and they wouldnt do that.
