Terrible, not even close to on time. Staff could not care less. I’d rather crawl on glass than fly with delta again.
Gate agents in Cmh are the worse. Snotty. Delta you can do better and require more. 17 years of flying Delta. Most are good but the ones who aren’t make the rest look bad. If you hate ppl and don’t want to deal with travelers. Quit.
This review is specifically for a woman named Mame working with Delta Airlines at the CMH airport. My flight got delayed and there was a different flight just about to board so she immediately got me on that flight and saved me so much time. She was a rockstar with her service and speed!
