Good customer service experience
Love flying Delta
Customer service has lied to me repeatedly saying they would hold a reservation for a week due to a payment processing error on their part. Horrendous company. Look forward to spending 8 hours on hold minimum if you have issues with them
Not easy to access and plane was delayed 2 hours due to a malfunction
