"I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional behavior and poor service I received from a Delta Air Lines agent. Despite having a valid ticket, I was denied boarding in a very disrespectful manner. The agent refused to accept my ticket solely because my first and last names were transposed (swapped). Pilots & Crew: Truly Exceptional Across all five flights, the pilots were communicative, reassuring, and skilled.
