Worst flight experience ever!
I want to recognize Mr. Jody at the Delta Airlines check-in counter at George Bush Intercontinental Airport for his exceptional service. My parents do not speak English well, and traveling internationally can be stressful for them. Mr. Jody went above and beyond to make sure they felt comfortable and supported. He patiently helped them with their luggage, clearly explained how the wheelchair service works, and even took the time to walk them through the transit process in Korea. "I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional behavior and poor service I received from a Delta Air Lines agent. Despite having a valid ticket, I was denied boarding in a very disrespectful manner. The agent refused to accept my ticket solely because my first and last names were transposed (swapped). Instead of assisting me with a correction, she was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very harsh tone.
