I had a terrible experience with this airline. Flight to see family for first time in year got delayed 7 consecutive times. Lost my connection and had to go back home and back because airline would not cover hotel stay fees
They are the best at everything, every time! My go to carrier! They do it well that if I ever have to fly another carrier… I can’t leave a review because Delta sets the bar so high! From conscience to cost to service to destinations to professionalism to safety… DELTA DELTA DELTA!!!
Not a perfect trip, but Delta has always been so much better than the other airlines that I will continue to use them. For one, their seat belts don't cut me in two. I dealt with several delays on this trip, but there were delays on every other airline also. Generally, the staff was very friendly and considerate. I do have one concern with the last trip. We were dealing with bad weather coming out of Atlanta and dealt with several delays late in the day, and the pilot came on numerous times to tell us what was going on. He w... read more
