In spite of TSA issues Delta was prompt and friendly. A family member was flying and needed assistance and they handled it, giving us peace of mind.

Delta changed my second flight paid upgraded seat to a regular seat while I was already threw TSA. I pay for the upgraded seat so I can make sure I have space for carry-on because I carry many electronics and you cant check luggage that has electronics. The Delta boarding attendant, after agreeing to allow me to not check my bag, begins telling me how this is an exception and next time I should plan better and how they could make me stay behind, leading me to feel belittled in front of all the other passengers.
