Flew from Atlanta to Heathrow 6-9-25, their aeroplane was infested with bed bugs. I contacted Delta but got no response. Disgusting, because of their incompetence, I may have to replace all my clothes and furniture.
Worst experience with Delta from Barcelona to Orlando. They separated minor kids and even don’t bother to call or text or email. I been with Delta since 2008 and now time to change airline. I have six trips coming with Delta and going to cancel all trips. I would rather be loyal to other airlines. This is worst and delta going down.
Absolute worst airline in the world. Horrific treatment of status fliers. By all means, upgrade yourself to Spirit for any hope of decent treatment.
Flight delayed repeatedly and the gate agents were very difficult to understand. Their muffled announcments caused me and several other passengers to nearly miss our flight. The agent then blamed me for not paying attention as we boarded. We could hear two other airline's announcements crystal clear, though.
