Always late out of Atlanta, always.
Had the best flight with Delta from Atlanta to Cape Town this Friday! The crew (especially Angela and William) were phenomenal and really made the experience. The seats were more spacious and comfortable than most airlines, and the bathrooms stayed clean throughout the flight. I’ve had mixed experiences before — with Delta and honestly with most airlines I’ve flown — but this one truly left me smiling. Delta’s amazing staff definitely stole our hearts!
I wish I could give zero stars, fifth time this year Delta ATL has lost my luggage, thanks for treating your status members with such care…and giving me lip service on the customer service line after wasting hours of my day. pick another airline if you can
Flight delayed again. First broken plane then weather delay. Sitting on runway for over an hour after sitting in ATL airport for 3 hours. Typical Delta stuff. I travel weekly and Delta ranks at the very bottom for experience.
They took my bag because they didn't expect people to bring carry ons. Now I have to wait at the airport to pick up my suitcase. The entire draw of Delta is "free" carry ons. Of course people are going to bring carry ons. Poorly thought out business model that is now an inconvenience to me
