My first time flying Delta & it was a great experience. My flight from Syracuse to Atlanta there was a screen on the back of the seat in front of me that showed all the pre flight instructions that Flight Attendants usually do in the middle of the aisles. I was given a free set of rest plus for my private viewing/listening pleasure. My entire row did get skipped over for the snack & beverage, though. Oldest plane from the 70’s. Seats with holes. No way to charge your phone. Seat back pockets falling off. And no over head storage for delta comfort. I had To gait check my bag with a 15 min layover…on delta so should be feasible; according to them but not when you have to wait for a bag you didn’t plan on checking. Would rather fly spirit than this plane…they look about the same

Smooth flights. Nice employees
Gate agent was late and took over 45 minutes to load bags. Flight was suppose to leave at 6am and was still grounded at 6:45a and then once bags were finally loaded found out we were over weight. Overpriced flight & lackluster service. Smaller airports are usually a breeze to get in and out of, this one not so much. Was very disappointed overall and expected more from Delta, my experience overall would be 0 stars
