They don't have good transitions with partner airlines. The websites loop you to nowhere. I called for customer service, after 11 minutes ,7 of those on hold, I was disconnected.
Useless front desk. Not helpful. When we walked away and came back they were actively talking about us. Horrible. Unprofessional.

My first time flying Delta & it was a great experience. My flight from Syracuse to Atlanta there was a screen on the back of the seat in front of me that showed all the pre flight instructions that Flight Attendants usually do in the middle of the aisles. I was given a free set of rest plus for my private viewing/listening pleasure. My entire row did get skipped over for the snack & beverage, though.
