We want to compliment a Delta Airlines employee who staffs the phone. Her name is Sarah, and my husband spoke with her on Sunday, April 5th, at 11:23 am CT. She was awesome! Her Customer Service skills were impressive. She was very helpful. She expeditiously achieved our goals and more, and was friendly throughout. Kudos to Sarah and Delta.
Guys were very helpful
