WORST AIRLINE i’ve ever flown with (and i’ve used them all) Starting our journey home from Fairbanks AK, To a connecting flight in Seattle and ending in Boston. The team at the gate said we will be leaving around 10 minutes late because they had to clean the interior. I would give them a 0 but that’s not an option. The flight attendants and gate agents are awful, no customer service skills whatsoever. Rude and unprofessional all around. No communication with passengers which resulted in me missing 2 flights and getting home 10 hours late. If the gate agent had been honest lot communicating I could have rearranged plans

The staff is great... the only issue is the check-in desk is only open right before their only flight out for the day (1 am) so if you've got checked bags and you get there early (hotel check out, rental car return) you'll be stuck. Food options and mostly everything else is through the security check point so you are limited on options until then.

My experience for Delta was awesome. Service is above and beyond . I took my flight Friday to Fairbanks Alaska, and I have to tell you that they was so polite of a crew alongside the pilot. Everyone on the flight that is a crew , was so wonderful. Thank God I took that flight last week with them. I thank you guys for being great and did an awesome job . Very professional. I'm always flying with Delta then any other airline anywhere everywhere I go . God bless you all.
