Girl, after we were cooked by delta my girl, Suheili, hooked us up!! She was so helpful and kind and really talked my husband off the ledge. Juady & Liz were really with the program too and made our experience 10/10 ! I am so thankful for all of these ladies and the vibe in the baggage office is top tier !
The flight was delayed after we stayed on the plane for over an hour due to a lack of available pilots. Poor communication and hours of waiting with no proper updates. Very bad experience with Delta.
Rihanna who just transferred in from San Diego is the best! I left my wallet on the plane and she moved mountains to ensure I got it back before they departed. Thanks Rihanna!
