My flight from ATL to ABE was great! I was seated next to the flight attendant named Sierra. Sierra was super outgoing, positive, and made the trip awesome with all of her travel stories! It may seem small, but positive interactions like that set the standard for airline travel. Thanks Delta! Good luck on your next half marathon, Sierra!
WORST FLIGHT EXPERIENCE EVER. Mid-way through a Delta flight from Miami to Boston, we were told that we would land in Atlanta. The pilot basically informed us that we could have landed in Boston on schedule, but if we did, Delta would not have fuel in Boston for near-term subsequent flights. In other words, Delta willfully dishonored our flight plans during the actual flight itself. ☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me extremely disappointed and has changed my opinion of Delta. I was traveling alone with my one-year-old daughter on her very first flight, while my mother, who uses a wheelchair, was traveling with us.
