Airline is a joke wouldn’t let my father into his flight which he pre check the flight two people in front of him got in but when it was his turn he was still over the hour time limit but wasn’t allowed in because they closed the door but let the other two in. In reality you guys most likely over booked the flight and want us to pay a fee that cost more then the ticket zero respect he has trouble speaking English and the delta airline crew was definitely the new way Americans treats foreigners

Customer service seems to be unavailable when your flight is delayed or you wish to make changes. Delta used to be a great airline. Time for a change
Delta sucks. Nothing but flight delays and no communication, waste of time and money. Take a real airline. They’ll make you sleep at the airport, not respond to requests, provide 0 customer service, and no voucher for hotel. This should be a federal crime to false advertise like this
Weird check in set up, like a vip section in a cheesy nightclub, rude staff included
