First time in there was great. They had more than 1 person working Orders. After that the several times I was there, they only had 1 person and they were not rushing by all means. I waited in line for over 45 minutes. I now look at other dispensaries before I decide to come here. The only good thing is they have Cresco that goes on sale for stacking. Even that is few and far for really good deals. They close at 6, the earliest dispensary in the tri-state area. If that is the case, please hire more bud-tenders.
Very nice place. Well lit and the staff are great! I’ve been in several times and I have never had a bad time. Holly is very knowledgeable about the products and she gives great tips on how to use them. I purchased a new item and I asked her a question about how to store and use it. I was in the Greensburg store today to pickup my order and Aaron and Rocco assisted me. They were both so very friendly and funny! I enjoy coming into this location because everyone is always so nice and welcoming!
Holly and The whole team was fantastic! She was so nice and inviting and defintly a chill good vibe 💚 Update: Zach was amazing at de-escalating an angry patient he kept his cold during the entire transaction and explained that debit card for multiple ways. . He apologies to all of us when the other patient left for the inconvenience of the time and he was great during the whole transaction. Heather was also wonderful and doubling my order for me she was more than happy to add on and build a sale !
Incredibly friendly. Great experience from the greet and entry to the pick up and pay. Clean, decent parking and helpful and friendly staff. Had to give them a shout. First time in because we are heading to visit family and I enjoy my more local Sunnyside in Washington PA as well. I am so glad I decided to pop in. Will be doing so again in the future.
