Terrible no id for minors yet they id grown adults who clearly are over age. Make sure all staff gets proper training
Zero stars for customer service, if Google allowed it. This is now the fourth visit in a row where I’ve walked into this location and been largely ignored while staff carried on personal conversations amongst themselves. Today’s topic was bar fights. Last time, it was some wild story involving the cops. Apparently either conversation was more important than acknowledging a customer walking through their door.. I’ve been frequenting this D9 for a few years now. The Manager is a taller bearded fellow, often found in a trucker hat. He’s a fantastic source of info on strains and cares about the details. Cat and Chris also are super knowledgeable about product— admittedly, Cat tends to make the rec’s that hit my checklist hardest and Sage n Sour, as well as Pink Kush, have become some of my fave strains because of her.
