My recent Delta experience was terrible because as usual the airline made changes that only served themselves and did nothing to benefit me. I paid for upgrade seats, zone boarding and legroom. I understand weather changes flight plans and Delta changed the plane we were flying from Wisconsin to Atlanta. According to the text I received the new plane had no upgrade seating. Easy to get to. No stress checking and security gate was well organized and professional.
Delta is just as bad as the budget airlines. Delta charges a premium but has constant delays. We’re currently over 13 hours delayed in Houston and counting. I could have driven to my destination in less time and thousands of dollars cheaper.
Don't pay for seat selection, they will move you wherever they like and not issue a refund.
