I am 100% disappointed with my whole experience and having chosen Delta Airlines for my trip. My flight from Chicago to New York was cancelled on Monday morning because of the weather, which I can totally understand, but the options available to rebook on the same day were all stand by. I’m hoping that Delta airline will take the seriously and be the first ones to come out with a protocol for overweight customers. There should be a weight restriction for a main seat and a comfort seat. If the weight restriction goes over that, then two seats need to be purchased. Being on a flight with an extremely overweight person that takes up part of your seat is unfair. Both customers need to be taken care of properly. I’m hoping that Delta will do this first.
