Delta is sucks especially their customer service. I have been calling them for two hours 30 minutes and no one has answered me. My flight was canceled. And I am stock in Amsterdam. For two hours now no to even answer the phone. And tell me what I am supposed to do.
Don’t expect to get lost items returned, lost brand new air pods on flight, filed loss item report with tracking info indicating the item is tracking from concourse B at delta to a local residence and back, most likely an employee of delta. After several emails providing location status, delta was unable to provide any effective feedback regarding any attempt at locating the item. Flight experience was very uncomfortable as the seating was extremely cramped. No elbow space nor any leg room.
