My carryon bag was taken by mistake by another passenger. Thaddeus was the agent in the baggage office that went above and beyond to help. His positive attitude and willingness to help eased my frustrations. Luckily, when I awoke, I heard in my voicemail he had the bag delivered to my hotel — he remembered which one?! Absolutely amazing ending to a minor mishap. Thank you, Thaddeus (and gate agent — didn’t catch your name)!
