Whoever was the woman in charge of gate B1 this morning at 530am was extremely rude and on a power trip, they told me to go to the front because they weren't going to help me. Which I gladly did and was helped quickly by the ladies in the front. Nice to have SERVICE workers be helpful. Its a service job, but whoever the woman is at gate B1 is not aware of what that is apparently. Sad that she will probably just continue to be rude and then throw that blame on others.

The worst ticket agents I have ever seen. I’ve been to many many airports and those were by far the worst ticket agents. Rude, unprofessional, they did not want to give us our new boarding pass, they literally had it in their hands and threw it in the garbage then called the next customer. Not to mention that our first flight got cancelled with no notice, and our new booked flight got delayed significantly. Wasted a whole day for what should be a very simple flight.

there was an old lady working on our flight when we were boarding (buffalo to Atlanta)and just because of a small issue because of our 3 year old son crying (he was tired because of delay from airplane) which is completely normal for someone his age and because of that wanted to kick our family (total 5 passengers)off the plane and the old lady was the only staff member that had an issue with us which shows her racism towards us.
