The absolute best service you’ll find at ROC. Jasmine at the ticketing counter handled my stressful situation when the priority line got backed up. She ensured that my bag was still checked.
Whoever was the woman in charge of gate B1 this morning at 530am was extremely rude and on a power trip, they told me to go to the front because they weren't going to help me. Which I gladly did and was helped quickly by the ladies in the front. Nice to have SERVICE workers be helpful. Its a service job, but whoever the woman is at gate B1 is not aware of what that is apparently. Sad that she will probably just continue to be rude and then throw that blame on others.
