there was an old lady working on our flight when we were boarding (buffalo to Atlanta)and just because of a small issue because of our 3 year old son crying (he was tired because of delay from airplane) which is completely normal for someone his age and because of that wanted to kick our family (total 5 passengers)off the plane and the old lady was the only staff member that had an issue with us which shows her racism towards us.

Delta is always my preferred airline. However, the female employee that was checking bags in this morning (long blonde hair and glasses) had the worst attitude ever. I was flying out of the Rochester NY airport. She was rude and kept talking about the customers. Customers are what keeps the airline in business.

Thanks to Delta, I now know what it’s like to take FOUR planes to get from one fairly popular location (Medellin) to another high traffic location (Toronto). The day of, I was informed of a 2 hour delay, then an additional 6 hour delay which meant I’d have to sleep at the airport - no email with a free hotel stay coupon. Hmmm? Then I was detoured to Detroit from JFK to get to TORONTO. They offered me a $100 voucher for another Delta trip which is like getting a gift certificate to a restaurant that gave you food poisoning.
