Do yourself a favor, fly Southwest. Tried Delta 1 time. Incompetent gate attendants, DEI hires. And drunk pilots.
MCO Location: There was a long line at Delta SkyPriority with only one attendant managing over 20 waiting passengers. It felt like none of the staff cared to address the situation. It’s disappointing to see Delta cutting corners like this—it comes across as cost-cutting at the expense of service quality. A frustrating and unfortunate experience.
Good service. Specially at the counter, but they left one of my suitcases at another airport. No answer in the numbers listed for luggage. I also emailed. Never answered. I struggle and company not responded. Very disappointed
I won't complain. We got through it but we definitely needed to be at the airport 4 hours before. 2 hours before was almost suicide. The amount of people traveling this particular day was insane! Whew!
