Delta preys on it's customers. Overcharges us for little boking mistakes. This should be outlawed. They are ripping us off. Delta is the worst.
The worst airline I've ever flown with. One flight was cancelled and the other was delayed, causing us to miss our connection.
So tired of Delta delays/cancellations. Also, why do you allow such large carry-ons? Why not enforce the listed sizes instead of making the last people on board check their carry-ons? Delta dropout here, last time I'll ever fly Delta!
