Another day another delayed Delta flight due to mechanical problems because Delta seams unable to properly maintain their planes.
We have a nice flight coming from Newark New Jersey to Boston.Alot of terberlance but ok
Very busy. Rude people.
I, and my girlfriend, travel a lot throughout the year. We have used many of the airlines out there, however, this was exceptional. We usually use air Canada to travel north but dur to their recent strike, we had to usr another. Thank you Delta / west jet for being there to make it happen. You, also, made the customer service experience great and helped us out a lot. You all are rocking!
