Kelly (Kida) at the check-in/front desk was PHENOMENAL with a big group. Her customer service was professional and thorough, but most importantly friendly. She is an example of someone who cares about what she does and how she does it. She cares about the customers. Traveling since I was 10 and now I am 41. She is one of the best ones, especially from COLUMBIA SC.
