Eugene, was great and fun to work with .. Elke was a very different person . Extremely rude and under personable.

Staff at the counter is friendly and helpful and courteous and gets you checked in quickly and on your way to TSA
CAE, is more of a regional airport, early AM flight, and there were quite a few passengers waiting (suggestion) arrive extra early...processed through TSA easily, flew last class not 1st class (LoL) on a CRJ-900, small aircraft,to LGA, short flight, not terribly uncomfortable being over 6ft...overall great flights
