Worst customer service I’ve ever had at the baggage check in my life. Sadly Southwest doesn’t fly to my destination. This would have NEVER happened with them. This WILL be the last time I use delta. It’s been roughly 9 years since I’ve used them. Flown 11x this year so far all with Southwest!!! They clearly train their employees versus just hiring employees to collect a paycheck.
