Our 7:20 am flight was announced "delayed" because the plane had "internal communication challenges" that they were unable to fix... this was told to us *after* we boarded, and we were stuck on the plane - unable to de-plane unless we wanted to lose our seat. After the 1st hour (of a 3.5 hour delay), a member of the service crew finally offered a tiny bottle of water for the inconvenience. It was an experience even worse than the cheaper airlines like spirit. The gates changed without notice. At the gate we were told the overhead bin was full for our carryon luggage, although it was apparently not. Once we got on the plane, an attendant told us in exact words “these are not your seats, these are 18 C and D, you need to move ”. But our tickets shows we are sitting on the right ones. So I showed her our ticket and she said “the ticket on wallet is not updated you need to update” like it’s our problem. Turns out ... read more
