Flight got canceled. Paid 35 dollars for small suitcase. Didn’t get that back. Rebooked for later in the day. Cost 90 more dollars. Paid extra for a window seat. Not getting that either, nor money back. Am going to see who to file a complaint with. Should have just flown with Alaska airlines.

I like flying with Delta, but today I had a bad experience with my luggage at check-in. We were late for our flight, and for being just over 3 lbs overweight I was asked to pay an additional $100. The agent wasn’t very nice and kept pushing my bag back and forth to get the maximum size. In the end, I had to move the extra 3 lbs into my carry-on. I believe Delta should pay attention to these kinds of small situations so customers can have a much better experience.
My 5am flight was delayed by 4 hours due to crew issues. This caused me and my 7 year old to miss our connecting flight by an hour and a half. They rebooked our new flight 6.5 hours later than the flight we missed, with an additional connecting flight, but it didn't show up on the monitors so we had to get the gate information from the information desk.
