This review is a warning to those who choose to fly Delta: - Do not attempt to use self check in Kiosks - Be aware of the 45 min bag check policy - Do not expect customer service agents to always provide helpful assistance (despite the one star, we did have good service from all but the one in Spokane) - Be wary of their advertised flights, as they are not always available I have been a long time Delta customer, and have never experienced an issue like I did in Spokane on 2/13/26. Flight got canceled. Paid 35 dollars for small suitcase. Didn’t get that back. Rebooked for later in the day. Cost 90 more dollars. Paid extra for a window seat. Not getting that either, nor money back. Am going to see who to file a complaint with. Should have just flown with Alaska airlines.
