Terrible customer service. I went in today, the line was long, and a staff member publicly screamed at me to keep my kids away from the computer—even though she saw me pulling them away multiple times. I felt so humiliated that I walked out. The poor layout of the chairs and computers makes it nearly impossible to keep kids completely away from them anyway. Not kids friendly or staff.
I used the kiosk in the entry way. It was super simple and very fast to use. The lady that worked there walked me out and showed me how to use it. Very nice and helpful lady.
Top notch, professional, employees. They truly exhibit what customer service is all about.
