Terrible service. I have been dealing with Larry for over a year to renew my PR card and it has cost me time and money with absolutely no results. Never responds to emails or update requests, no feedback, and after 8 months, he messages me to tell me he’s still missing documents. I also tried to file a complaint with the CICC, and they are as bad as that too.
