Trying to settle something out, and the website doesn't work. Nor is anyone answering the phone. Terrible company needs to be taken down a peg.
I paid on my collections and they have yet to remove them from my credit report. This has been going on since February. They keep promising the records would be updated every month, yet they are still appearing. I would appreciate if they were as quick to correct my credit as they were collecting my money.
They should absolutely be ashamed of themselves! My girlfriend received a call yesterday from them in attempt to collect a debt. I’m not sure if they live in a different world then everyone else but Maryland is in critical state. We haven’t been able to work and we’re currently still on a stay at home order.
