I wouldn't recommend these people for anything. Bad experience with them from day one. Here we are trying to buy another house using another, more reputable mortgage company and we're finding out that this company did things nobody even heard of. For example, how do you use the income of someone who's not even applying for the loan as a primary or a co-applicant?? It was one thing after another with this company. Definitely do not recommend them at all. They'd get negative 5 stars if I could.
