In reading some of the other comments, it's almost a copy-paste of others experiences - no follow-up, staff changes without transition (until we prompted), continuous requests for more and more information, repeated requests for the same info already supplied, loan officer that was AWOL until prompted, very poor communication. A 45-60 day process was over 100 and only resolved when we wrote a fat check to put in more equity to cover their initial mis-application.
